Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that our shipping department is closed on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday, so orders placed Friday after 12pm CST may not ship until the following Monday.

with your order number to request a return form. All returns require a return confirmation number that will be provided on the return form.
All hats, purses, jewelry, sale items & items purchased during promotional sales are final sale and are not available to exchange.
Orders totaling under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00. Orders totaling over $100.00 will receive free shipping (some items excluded). Wheeler’s reserves the right to adjust any shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and/or larger sized items. Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges based on available rates. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased online & returned in store will be refunded the full amount excluding the cost of shipping.
As we are shipping via UPS, we are unable to ship to a PO box. You must have a valid, physical street address.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges and may be responsible for shipping on returns, however exclusions may apply.
Wheeler’s reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified. Billing & shipping addresses must match on all orders.
International Orders are ineligible for free shipping and may be subject to higher shipping costs than the standard cost on our website.
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Wheeler's Outfitters has no control over these charges, nor can Wheeler's Outfitters predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
